 There is plenty of room in our pull-throughs for larger RV's with slides. Most sites have grass and trees. 

• Daily Rates starting at $44.95 - $49.95
• Weekly Rates starting at $269.75 - $299.70 
• Monthly Rates starting at $795.00 - $895.00 + Power

• Your Credit Card will be charged a $50 deposit prior to arrival
• If a reservation for over a week is not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to any refund of any advanced deposit  
• Reservations less than a week and cancelled within 48 Hrs. are eligible for a full refund 
• In cases of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled/changed 
• Prices and site types are subject to availability 
• No refunds will be issued for early check out
• Monthly utilities fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fess collection standards

           Plus Electric $100.00 - $150.00 (unless metered .16 cents a Kilowatt) 

• All Long Term rentals must pay a $50 utility deposit for all spaces, along with a $25 background check per adult (18+)
