Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation, we require the following deposits:
- Nightly or Weekly Stays: A one-night stay deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Monthly Reservations: A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Multiple Site Reservations: If booking multiple sites, cancellation penalties apply to each individual site that is canceled or modified. Prices and site types are subject to availability.
Early Check-Out: No refunds will be issued for early departures.
Utility Fees & Long-Term Stays
- Monthly Utility Fees: Assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards. Electric charges range from $100.00 – $150.00 (unless metered at $0.16 per kWh).
- Utility Deposit: All long-term rentals must pay a $50.00 utility deposit per space.
- Background Checks: A $22.95 background check fee per adult (18+) is required.
- Extended Stays (Over 90 Days): If you plan to stay beyond 90 days, you must complete a background and credit check using the link below to ensure eligibility for an extended stay. Once approved, please visit the office to receive your full-time residency paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made by phone or Email.
- Nightly & Weekly Stays:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date, or your one-night deposit will be forfeited.
- If canceled more than 72 hours before arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee and a $3.50 booking fee.
- Reservations of Two Weeks or More:
- A one-week deposit (plus tax) is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date, or your one-week deposit will be forfeited.
- If canceled more than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee and a $3.50 booking fee.
By completing a reservation, you agree to all stated policies and fees.
